The location was particularly good - not far from the eateries in Crestwood/Alsip, stores and restaurants and all shopping center. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room was big size and quiet with a neat bed and free Wi-Fi. Everything was brand-new.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, and even got me a great deal when I needed to extend my stay. The room was beautiful and cozy, with amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and iron that made my stay even more comfortable.

Some of the rooms had a lingering smell from previous guests who smoked, which was not ideal.
